Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine!  My tenure in the fitness industry has brought me 12 years of overwhelmingly successful and rewarding experiences with individuals from various walks of life.  I have earned the top spot in overall client success and productivity in the Southeast region (among the top at the national level) at one of the most prestigious fitness corporations in the nation.

This rewarding experience with hundreds of clients to date is what has led me to choose the name “VOW.”   A vow is not a hopeful endeavor.  It is a commitment to a promise that weathers the storm and in the end breeds victory.  I make a vow to your health; you make a vow to your wellness; so WE make a vow to your wellness.  When this happens, we have victory….
